About the role

We're looking for a creative all-rounder with a keen eye for detail, who's ready to immerse themselves in all things dance. As the Social Media & Marketing Assistant, you will be instrumental in capturing the essence of our brand and conveying it to our audience through captivating content across our Social Media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

• Strategically manage and grow our Social Media presence, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
• Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored for Energetiks’ Social Media platforms.
• Write captivating captions that engage and inspire our audience.
• Support influencer and ambassador collaborations, bringing innovative ideas from concept to execution.
• Contribute to photoshoots, ensuring our visual content aligns with our brand’s standards and vision.
• Analyse Social Media performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Graphic Design

• Assist our marketing team with creating engaging digital assets and print materials.
• Perform image retouching to ensure high-quality visuals that align with our brand aesthetic.

General Marketing

• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the online customer experience, keeping our website user-friendly.
• Assist with general website maintenance, including product uploads and category management.
• Write engaging copy for various marketing materials, including product descriptions and promotional content.

Our Ideal Applicant

• Exhibits a passion for digital media and a readiness to dive into the dance world.
• Thrives in both collaborative and independent work environments.
• Possesses a keen eye for detail, fashion, and consumer trends.
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications.
• Proficiency in basic Adobe Photoshop and Canva, as well as Microsoft Office.
