AddressMARS Recruitment are partnering with an innovative fintech company who are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team (newly created position!).
The Social Media Manager will be the subject matter expert on Social Media in the business and educate the wider business on best practice. You will be responsible for devising the Social Media strategy, that ladders up to the broader marketing strategy. This role will advise and execute on channel structure across multiple brands and white labels, creation and delivery of content alongside the content team and reporting on the efficiency of Social Media campaigns.
Criteria:
- Experience in a Social Media role at an agency or in house
- A deep understanding of major Social Media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok
- Exposure to other platforms such Reddit, Discord, Telegram highly advantageous
- Proficiency in creating engaging and compelling content across different formats such as text, images, videos, and graphics tailored to each platform.
- Ability to develop and execute Social Media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
- Familiarity with Social Media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to track and analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Basic understanding and skills in content editing for multiple platforms and formats.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
