We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing - Ads and Content Expert capable of driving growth and engagement across multiple client accounts. This role requires a creative and strategic individual proficient in content creation, particularly in crafting engaging short-form videos like Reels and TikToks, as well as developing effective hashtag strategies and delivering comprehensive reports on Social Media performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts, writing captivating copy for various Social Media posts, and executing successful Social Media ad campaigns across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Key Requirements -Content Creation:
- Expertise in creating compelling, creative short-form content, leveraging client-provided material to produce engaging TikToks and Instagram Reels.
- Ability to craft engaging narratives and visual stories tailored to specific target audiences across different Social Media platforms.
Strategy and Analytics:
- Strong understanding of hashtag strategies and proven ability to use analytical tools to schedule Content and track performance.
- Experience in writing complete Social Media post copies, creating dashboards, and monitoring weekly progress regarding engagement metrics and call-to-action responses.
- Demonstrated capability in managing and growing Instagram accounts for multiple clients, with a focus on proven strategies that enhance client visibility and engagement.
Social Media Advertising:
- Proven expertise in running ads across all major Social Media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Familiarity with Social Media advertising tools (e.g., AdEspresso) and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools provided by the company.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with graphic designers and other team members.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in managing Social Media strategies for a diverse client base.
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for short-form videos, ensuring alignment with each client’s brand and engagement goals.
- Implement and refine hashtag strategies, content scheduling, and reporting mechanisms to optimise account growth and engagement.
- Craft compelling Social Media copies for posts across platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and message.
- Manage Social Media ad campaigns from conception to execution, including targeting, budgeting, and optimisation, across various platforms.
- Provide comprehensive weekly reports on Social Media performance, including insights and recommendations for future strategies.
