We are seeking a motivated and passionate Social Media Content Creatorto join our team. You will work alongside our Multimedia Designer on multiplebrands simultaneously and you will be responsible for developing and producing engagingand innovative content to enhance our brand presence, drive engagement and tellour brand story.

This is a hands on role where the ideal candidate will have apassion for Social Media and a strong understanding of Social Media trends,social audiences and engagement. You won’t be afraid to be behind or in frontof the camera!

Your role will involve:

·      Develop and produce Social Media Content that is creative, engagingand aligns with our brands.

·      Develop and manage the Social Media Content calendar for allbrands.

·      Monitor analytics to understand audience behaviour and driveengagement.

·      Identify and explore potential collaborations/partnerships.

 The ideal person will have:

• Proven ability to produce creative and engaging content.
• Proven experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Degree in marketing related field (preferred but not essential).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Understanding of and interest in Social Media trends, audiences and engagement.
• Graphic design, videography, video editing and/or animation experience (preferred).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
• Excellent creative copywriting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.  

This is a full time position based in Silverwater, NSW.
