Job Overview: As our Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you'll shape our brand's online presence and engage with our community. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute a cohesive Social media strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Social media strategy.
- Create high-quality, compelling content for our Social media channels.
- Produce and edit engaging videos showcasing our products and customer stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on broader initiatives.
- Monitor Social media channels and engage with our community.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Understand our business, customers, and the running community.
- Proven experience in Social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in Social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of photo and video editing software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- While proficiency in video production and editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro would be a bonus, it's not a strict requirement. However, we're excited about the possibility of the selected candidate joining us at events and some of our run clubs to capture content. This role is intentionally designed to offer flexibility and a hybrid work arrangement.
