ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re on the hunt for a creative Social Media Manager to join our team and work across all of our social platforms. Working closely with the leadership team and making the development and delivery of the integrated marketing plan, your remit will be to drive brand awareness, consumer demand, sales and customer growth based on your knowledge of consumer insights and trends.
WHAT THIS JOB INVOLVES…
Reporting directly to the Directors, you’ll be responsible for making and scheduling content and community management.
Responsibilities include:
- End to end management of Social Media platforms, including creating, curating and scheduling all content (written, video and photo)
- Write captivating copy in-line with TT’s voice
- Create a marketing calendar with scheduled content
- Develop and implement captivating marketing campaigns for the year
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of current marketing strategies.
- Craft unique stories with our target audience
- Identify emerging trends to stay ahead and think outside the box.
- Liaise with all influencers in getting UGC and content for all social platforms.
- Continuously experiment, measure, and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stay up to date with all Social Media trends such as Tik Tok and all emerging platforms.
- Understand ROI and reports on Social Media strengths and weaknesses using Google Analytics and social-specific metrics, and gathers actionable insights from this data weekly and monthly
- Analyse insights and optimize campaign performance
- Generate competitor analysis for the wider team and relay updates on new Social Media trends, algorithm changes and anything new across Socials
- Analysing external marketplace, industry trends and customer & competitor conversations, keeping a finger on the pulse of current and future trends to act proactively and provide feedback to the business on findings and recommendations
- Monitor social channels for customer feedback and distribute accordingly
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU!
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following;
- Marketing degree, or similar
- 2 years experience in content creation, planning and management across social channels
- Intermediate photo and video editing skills
- Ability to find the ‘thumb stopping’ content
- Ability to report and analyse data and provide actionable insights from that data
- Great copywriting skills and communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 2 Years experience in a Social Media role previously in ecommerce
- A willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of who our customer is and what they love
- Understanding of Social Media platforms, systems and content
- Understanding of paid channels and how they impact organic social
As a plus we would love to bring on someone with knowledge of paid ads, specially Meta and Google!
