The Role   

Morlife is seeking a creative and passionate individual to join our team as a Social Media and Content Creation Specialist. You will be responsible for driving our Social Media presence, creating engaging content, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, comfortable in front of the camera, and possesses a strong understanding of Social Media platforms, alongside a genuine passion for health and wellness. This role will collaborate with our in-house marketing team to shape our Social Media strategy and execute compelling content. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Social Media marketing campaigns to promote our health food products. 
• Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (reels, stills, stories, and more). 
• Engage with our Social Media followers and cultivate relationships with key influencers. 
• Track and measure the success of Social Media campaigns using relevant metrics. 
• Drive audience growth and engagement across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram) by scheduling content, writing copy, and monitoring performance. 
• Create and maintain the content calendar for all Social Media platforms, aligning it with the company's marketing strategy. 
• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos and photos. 
• Translate our nutritional story into compelling content (text, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with our consumer audience on Social Media. 
• Analyse Social Media performance and implement optimization strategies based on relevant metrics. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging platforms to drive innovation. 

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, including video, photography, and graphics. 
• Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and current trends. 
• Willingness to be featured in our Social Media content. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
• Passion for health and wellness. 
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. 

Valued skills 

• Copy writing, editing, and photography skills. 
• Working knowledge and experience with editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Pro, Capcut. 
• Ability to use programs such as Later or similar scheduling platform.
