About the Role
We are looking for a hungry, driven and engaging Social Media Specialist to build out and maintain a range of content channels!
You will be hands on, love creating content through Adobe and Canva and have a natural ability to work with a range of stakeholders and showcase various personalities to drive engagement, brand awareness and leads for the business!
Our ideal candidate will live on Social Media, know all the new trends and be a highly creative and charismatic person!
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and be responsible for delivering exceptional content that reaches a range of clients and candidates!
- Contribute to eDMs, SEO and website experience;
- Contribute to article writing and create incredible videos!; and
- Assist in enhancing content visibility and reach on certain search engines.
Skills and Experience
- 4+ years' experience in a content focused or marketing role;
- Genuine love of Social Media - you will spend hours on end looking at cool new trends and figuring out unique ways for us to engage with candidates and clients;
- Ability to manage a range of stakeholders;
- Excellent written and communication skills; and
- Ability to be both creative, but also translate the results of your campaign successes!
