To assist and help execute a results-driven Social Media strategy by assisting in the development and curation of engaging content across TripADeal’s Social Media platforms. This role will work closely with various members of the marketing team to ensure TripADeal's Social Media is best in class, and enables travel dreams to come true.

You'll report to our Creative Content Manager. This permanent full-time position is 100% onsite working from our Byron Bay HeadQuarters, working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!

• Creating engaging, relevant brand content that speaks to our target market audience
• Developing an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Providing quality information that assists the marketing team leads in making better informed decisions for marketing strategy
• Curating quality and accurate content
• Maintaining brand relevance and keeping the brand best in market against competitors
• Reviewing analytics and create reports on key metrics

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Experienced Social Media copywriter with a minimum 3 years experience
• Direct experience using Social Media management tools
• Experience working with Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically social studio preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check
