We're on the lookout for a dynamicMarketing Specialistto join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of Cadence & Co! This role is based in Terrey Hills on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
About the role
As the creative force behind our presence in the market, you will support the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy by crafting compelling content, executing innovative Social Media plans, and elevating brand awareness.

Bring your keen eye for detail, excellent graphic skills, and love for good design to an exciting stage in the Cadence & Co story.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the Social Media strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
- Managing and interacting with all Social Media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn including keeping informed of industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvements
- Creating engaging content for Social Media platforms, including infographics, reels and gifs ensuring all output is in line with company best practice
- Monitoring Social Media analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns
- Maintaining and updating the company website content
- Writing key internal and external communications
- Assist in the planning and coordination of photography shoots for architecture and interior projects
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a a related discipline
- Education or passionate interest in architecture or interior design
- 4+ years proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on Social Media
- Driving license
