Our clients include some of the best restaurants and bars in Australia. We work collaboratively with our clients to design and execute marketing campaigns that fill their venues and make them buzz.
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to develop and execute captivating social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients within the vibrant Sydney hospitality scene.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the Head of Creative to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge for our clients.
· Visit various hospitality venues across Sydney to gather high-quality, engaging content for use across social media platforms.
· Develop visually appealing and on-brand content, including images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
· Manage and oversee social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high levels of audience engagement.
· Schedule and publish content across various platforms, utilising social media management tools.
· Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve campaign goals.
· Assist in preparing regular reports for clients, showcasing the impact of social media efforts.
· Work closely with internal teams, including the creative department, to ensure seamless integration of social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in social media management and content creation specifically in the hospitality industry.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
· Excellent photography and videography skills.
· Ability to write engaging social media captions
· Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Sked).
· Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Working Environment:
This is a hybrid role. You will be required to work from a CBD-based office with the team every Wednesday. The other days of the week are flexible for you to work from home.
You will be required to visit venues every week so whilst there is flexibility around your working environment you do need to be out and about quite often.
