Responsibilities:

  • Create content that highlights product features, benefits, and value propositions to drive conversion.
• Content Creation for Sales Conversion:
  • Produce persuasive and compelling content, including sales copy, promotional materials, and sales-oriented visuals.
  • Craft content that effectively communicates product benefits and addresses customer pain points to stimulate purchase decisions.
  • Implement sales-focused calls-to-action (CTAs) to encourage online purchases.
• Social Selling and Relationship Building:
  • Utilise social media platforms strategically for sales prospecting, lead nurturing, and relationship building.
  • Engage with prospects and customers through social media channels to drive sales conversations and conversions.
  • Leverage social selling techniques to identify and connect with potential customers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Conversion Optimisation:
  • Analyse sales funnel metrics and customer journey data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
  • Optimise content and messaging based on performance data, A/B testing results, and customer feedback.
  • Implement strategies to overcome objections, reduce friction in the buying process, and maximize sales conversions.
• Sales Enablement and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce and product team to develop content that addresses specific sales objections, FAQs, and customer concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing, ecommerce and product departments to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving sales and revenue through content creation.
• Exceptional sales copywriting skills and a demonstrated ability to create persuasive, high-converting content.
