Four Pillars Gin are on the hunt for a part-time Social Media & Customer Service Assistantto join our brand team and gin legends.
Back in 2013, three mates and one copper still started out making gin – gin that is now Australia’s favourite and twice times voted the world’s best (thanks IWSC). Today, we export to over 25 markets, have a stunning distillery home in the Yarra Valley and a very awesome gin laboratory in Sydney, plus this week our Chief Distiller was inducted to the Australian Distillers Association hall of fame, life is good and today is a great day to join our Four Pillars team.
As the Social Media & Customer Service Assistant you primarily own community management of our Social Media accounts and responding to all manner of enquiries by answering the Healesville Distillery phone and emails. This position is based in the Yarra Valley on site at our Distillery.
The must-haves for us:
• This role will work part time between 20-25 hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday each week, including public holidays.
• You will have fantastic human relations and written communication skills
• You comfortably know your way around Social Media
• You are highly organised with great time management skills.
