About us: Collision Care Group is a fast growing company specialising in luxury vehicle repairs and insurance work. With 6 locations Australia wide - and more to come - we pride ourselves in delivering the highest quality service to a wide variety of customers and companies.
The Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join us at Albury Wodonga Autobody. A love for Customer Service and a knack for administration will see you thrive with us. Your job will primarily be greeting customers, providing them with regular updates on the progress of repairs of their vehicle, liaising with insurance companies and assessors, and coordinating with management to ensure timely delivery of complete work. Updating insurance companies on their chosen program will be an essential part of your job when required. Don't worry, we will provide training on industry programs as necessary.You will also be responsible for receiving invoices for parts and organising credits. Receiving, organising and responding to emails will be a major priority in your regular work day. Our company has a fleet of loan cars that are regularly issued to our customer. Part of your responsibility will be to manage these, distribute them to customers, and to keep record of their condition.
Customer Service Officer
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A Passion for Customer Service
- Some experience in administration
- Knowledge of the repair industry is preferred but not required
- A willingness to learn and expand on your role
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Desire for long-term employment
