Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, complemented by at least 5 years of proven experience in SOCIAL MEDIA management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to oversee comprehensive SOCIAL MEDIA strategies and align them with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting abilities, capable of crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and maintains our brand's voice.
- Advanced proficiency in using SOCIAL MEDIA platforms, analytics tools, content management systems for example Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, Iconosquare and Later.
- Expertise in budget management, responsible for the effective allocation and oversight of the SOCIAL MEDIA marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within budgetary constraints.
- A collaborative spirit and team-oriented approach, with a history of working successfully alongside creative and marketing teams to produce cohesive and innovative content.
