Helping a creative agency find its next Social Media Manager!
Role Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for fashion clients.
- Create compelling and visually stunning content across various Social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Manage Social media calendars, scheduling posts, and ensure timely delivery of content in alignment with brand objectives.
- Monitor Social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize content and engagement.
- Cultivate and nurture online communities, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand voice, objectives, and target audience, ensuring alignment with Social media efforts.
- Analyse Social media performance metrics and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Social media and fashion marketing, implementing innovative strategies to drive results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience within Social Media, preferably within the fashion industry or agency side, working with fashion clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong creative flair with the ability to develop visually appealing content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive insights and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in Social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current industry trends and influencers.
- A great plus if you've also worked within/with hospitality companies.
