About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a Content & Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital media. This role isn’t just about maintaining Social Media accounts; it's about spearheading a revolution across our diverse brands. You’ll craft compelling narratives, oversee stunning visual content, and steer the social presence that aligns with our high-impact campaigns. Directly reporting to the Founder, your creative output will enrich lives and embody the spirit of innovation.

Forget the standard job descriptions. We want a game-changer. Someone who not only understands the digital landscape but can also dig deep into what makes each brand tick. You’ll be at the forefront, shaping how the world sees us through smart, edgy, and meaningful content.
If you nail this, we will build a marketing team around you. You will assume an integral part of our leadership team. But you have to want to get your hands dirty; to understand the space each of our brands play in. You have to get to know the market, the regulation and the nuances so you can design and deliver content that propels out brands to be considered innovators and market leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Direct and produce high-quality image and video content.
- Collaboration and Oversight: Manage relationships and projects with external creatives to ensure brand alignment.
- Content Mastery: From drafting compelling posts to managing all group Social Media interactions, your words and strategies will draw engagement and build communities.
- Strategic Execution: Align content with overarching brand strategies, ensuring every piece is impactful.
- Growth and Analytics: Use insights to drive decisions, reporting on content efficacy and making adjustments to stay ahead.
Who You Are:
- A storyteller with at least 5 years of experience in digital content creation and Social Media management.
- Proficient in photography, video editing, and content management platforms like Planoly.
- Adept in design tools such as Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Passionate about AI’s potential in Social Media, eager to develop this knowledge.
- Exceptional at managing timelines, with a knack for budgeting and team coordination.
