The Company
We are a small and friendly boutique Real Estate company based in Mount Lawley specialising in Perth residential leasing and property management.
Responsibilities include
- Managing our Social Media accounts
- Maintaining our marketing and content calendar
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and strategies
- Coordinating, creating, and scheduling online content, including Social Media posts and videos
- Ensuring Social Media content aligns with other marketing collateral and style guide
- Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective clients
- Website management
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in marketing is preferred, with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset
- Experience with Canva and Later (a must)
- Basic video editing skills
- Creative confidence and a creative thinker
- You live and breathe Social Media and are up to date on what's trending
- You are tenacious, meticulous and self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing data and provide actionable insights to drive business growth
- We're looking for someone degree qualified, with experience in marketing and social/video content development with practical knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Instagram and other Social Media platforms
