About the Role
- Participate in the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of quality and service improvement and/or research activities that enhance the delivery of social work services and promote patient centred care within an interprofessional service
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality, efficient, patient centred and evidence based social work assessment and management to patients in the PA Hospital.
- Provide safe, patient-centred and compassionate care considering each patient's psychological, social, emotional, spiritual and physical care.
- Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to social work decision making under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff.
