- Provide exemplary social work service in the General Medicine wards including assessment, intervention, and discharge planning.
- Utilise your skills and knowledge in relation to relevant community providers, communicating between patients and caregivers.

- You have demonstrated hospital experience with a collaborative working style
- You have excellent communication skills and a passion for continued professional development for yourself and others.
- You are a qualified Social Worker, eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers with at least 4 years’ experience.
