The Role
PHSA is seeking Social Workers to undertake psychosocial assessment and intervention services to clientele across varying schemes including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation; Lifetime Care, Dust Disease Care, Workers Care and CTP.
Requirements:
- AASW Membership
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in a clinical, rehabilitation or occupational rehabilitation setting
- Demonstrated ability and experience in case management, discharge planning, acute mental health and care coordination preferred and highly regarded
- Approved Lifetime Care Case Manager would be an advantage
- Have a current driver's licence and motor vehicle
