Social Worker

Pulse Staffing have partnered with national healthcare provider and are seeking a Social Worker on an ongoing casual basis to assist within the Allied Health team. This is a hospital inpatient opportunity.

A Social Worker is required on a ongoing basis, 3-4 days per week (for approximately 3-4 hours each day) to provide services across for an adult caseload. The successful candidate will be required to have experience in My Aged Care processes, RACF respite and permanent placement, general grief and loss counselling, understanding of NDIS +/- ability to generate applications, potential QCAT involvement, adult caseload.

To be considered for the role you will require the following:

• Demonstrated experience working within a hospital setting
• 2 years post graduate experience working as a Social Worker
• AASW Registration (Australian Association of Social Work)
• Current Police Check and WWCC
• Relevant working rights for Australia
