About your new branch
We are looking to expand our team in Chief Technology Office with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Developer. You'll work in a dynamic team that manages a range of applications including Python, Powershell, .NET and React Development.
The successful candidate will support our talented team in the design, development and maintenance of existing and proposed software systems, as well as be included in exciting projects that will help transform the City.
What you bring to your new role
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in Python, Powershell, .NET and React development
- A strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Experience in CI/DC, Agile practices, Azure, Gitlab and Flutter are also highly desirable as we continue to innovate and expand on our capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
