The Role
We're keen to have a chat with you about joining our growing customer support team as a Full-Time Software Consultant. The successful applicant will apply their Property Management or Reservations experience across a wide range of services including on-boarding, consulting, training, customer support and software testing.
What you need to succeed
- Strong customer service focus.
- Self-motivated and highly professional.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in Property Management or reservation software programs.
- Background in the real estate and/or management rights industry; Trust Accounting and End of Month experience would be highly desirable.
- A good understanding of the QLD PO and AFA Acts (or relevant Act(s) in your State).
- Driver's licence and own transport.
- Ability to multi-task.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation.
