The Role

Your prowess will be automating processes for maximum efficiency and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data that will enable the development of solutions that meet client and business requirements while aligning with the company's strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accurate and efficient data delivery from external sources to internal systems, enhancing the company's data pool, and proactively integrating new data sources to optimize data processing and analysis.
- Troubleshooting and debugging data feeds and process issues to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.
- Maintaining compliance with company standards and policies by implementing best practices and continuously improving processes in collaboration with the Tech Lead to enhance the company's IT environment and increase efficiency.
- Ensuring secure and effective use and management of data across systems and processes and accurately documenting Data Engineering processes to facilitate continuous improvement.
Credentials
- 5+ years of experience in a development or data role
- Extensive experience with MySQL and at least one other database (pgSQL, MS SQL, Oracle, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Extensive experience with PHP and OOP
- Experience automating processes, especially data-related ones
- Experience with CQLs like Neo4j or GraphQL
- Ability to navigate and operate in a Linux CLI environment
- Experience integrating with APIs and other data infrastructure
