The Software developer is critical to making this happen and will:
- Be part of a cross-functional team working collaboratively within high-performing Agile delivery portfolio.
- Have Java and JavaScript experience, and enjoy working with backend applications and frontend experiences.
- You will be passionate about advocating change and improvements in Development, test automation and the continuous delivery spaces, improving software quality, delivering software faster and more reliably.
As a Software Developer, you will be empowered to help define and build a banking experience that delivers value to our Customers.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Great communicator. You are happy to work alongside a team where you talk openly and constructively about technical issues. • Collaboration. working in small teams where relationship building is key.
- You are passionate about writing well-tested code that follows good engineering practice & principles such as TDD/BDD
- You will have proven experience working as a Developer, and are open to contribute to improvements in our processes, practices and product.
- A problem solving mind. You will be comfortable with the unknowns and strive to understand them.
- A pragmatic approach with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Growth Mindset. You’ll be open to share knowledge with your peers and obtain mentoring from team members.
