Hub Systems is an Australian Software company that creates and Supports Software used in the Transport industry throughout Australasia and the USA. Our Office is based in Tuggerah on the Central Coast of NSW.
We are a close - knit Team focussed on looking after our Customers and assisting in their growth through automation.
Our Products include Transport Management Software, Handheld Applications running on Android and IOS, GPS and Mapping, sms Services, Route Optimisation, Internet Facilities and Data Warehousing - helping Local, National and Multinational clients.
This role includes but is not limited to the following:
- Taking and Responding to Phone Calls and emails
- Triaging Support Tickets/Requests and gathering more information
- Passing Support Tickets/Requests to the relevant people within Hub
- Basic Linux Admin skills such as editing Configuration Files and running a few core Linux commands
- Software Coding in C would be an advantage but not essential from day one
To be successful in this role you will need to have a passion for Customer Service and Customer Support. You will need to be self- motivated and able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
