- Salary range: Level 6 $102,328-$108,143, Level 7 $112,012-$124,280 OR Level 8 $124,926–$136,549 (inclusive of superannuation, negotiable between 11% and 17%)

About the opportunity
You will operate independently and be responsible for ensuring that the solutions are created and maintained in alignment with best practice and internal standards.
You will work on business as usual and continuous improvement initiatives as well as work with project services team members on project delivery.
You will be required to contribute across the full software development lifecycle from engaging with internal business customers, eliciting software requirements and to research, build, test, support and document solutions.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency
- Relevant experience with developing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining application systems
- Ability to recognise and resolve system related problems; work independently and make necessary decisions within guidelines
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines
To be successful in this role
- Essential that you are a highly motivated software developer with strong oracle PL/SQL skills along with integration and front-end web development experience.
- Oracle forms, oracle reports, APEX forms, SSRS and azure integration experience is desirable but not essential.
- In addition, you will need a working technical knowledge of programming languages, technologies, and frameworks, such as Java, jDeveloper, HTML, Javascript, CSS3, XML, Bootstrap, Jquery, ANSI SQL, REST APIs, C# and .net.
- You will have a strong customer service focus, to provide a high level and responsive service to internal and external clients.
- Experience with complex enterprise-wide systems, particularly Student Information Management Systems such as Callista, will see you excelling in this role.
