Description
The role encompasses various responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Accounts payable and receivable: Processing invoices, payments, and receipts, and ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Budget management: Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost reduction or improvement.
- Financial reporting: Generating and analysing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Communication: Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve financial discrepancies, answer inquiries, and provide financial information and support as needed.
Profile
The ideal candidate should possess the following skill set:
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to support decision-making.
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills: Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
