Reporting to the Lead Implementation Trainer, you will be the primary point of contact for clients as they start their onboarding journey with Ascora. 

You will lead end-to-end implementation for your assigned clients to ensure optimal configuration based on clients’ business workflows, from initial onboarding meetings to training and post-implementation support.  Excellent customer-facing skills and clear communication is critical, as you will need to understand our client’s business and implement a variety of workflows to enable them to unlock the most value from the Ascora platform.

This is an excellent opportunity and can be hybrid from our Perth office or fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer onboarding and implementation of the Ascora job management platform. 
  • Provide end-user training and support, leading to user satisfaction and software adoption.
  • Communicate with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation and onboarding process, providing guidance, value-added support, and coaching clients on best practices.
  • Develop customised solutions for larger implementation clients as needed.
  • Provide ongoing phone and email support to clients, monitor their performance and software adoption and be proactive in client communication.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with implementing and training for SAAS or CRM Applications such as Hubspot, Salesforce or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or product implementation role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be influential and build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a passion to oversee clients’ success and the ability to coach clients on software adoption
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
