Your new role
This organisation is looking for a dedicated Application Packager to join their Information Security and Digital Assurance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining and testing application packages to ensure efficient deployment and management of software applications across the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain application packaging processes and standards.
- Create and manage application packages using tools like SCCM, MECM
- Test application packages in various environments and ensure compatibility and stability.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot and resolve any deployment issues.
- Document packaging procedures and maintain a repository of packages and scripts.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application packaging and deployment strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
The candidate must:
- Have sound experience in the use of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and computer policy.
- Have demonstrated experience in PowerShell.
- Have demonstrated experience in software packaging and package testing.
- Be able to work on-site at Regency park 3 days per week (2 WFH days)
- Have a valid Working with Childrens Check prior to the commencement of the role.
