Job Title:Solar Appointment Co-Ordinator

Company: Perth Solar Force

Location: Wangara, WA

Job Type: Full Time – Monday – Friday; 9 - 5, 38 hours a week

Perth Solar Force are 100% owned and operated here in Western Australia. We specialise in, supply and installation of premium solar PV energy system packages across the Perth metro area and regional areas of Western Australia, from Margaret River up to Kalbarri. Started in 2013 and now #1 Solar Retailer in WA, with 3 different branches located in Perth, Southwest and Geraldton. Perth Solar Force are installing 250+ jobs a month, over 3,000 a year.

About The Role
Based in Wangara, we are on the lookout for an individual with exceptional customer service skills and a self-driven attitude to become a valuable addition to our team of 80 staff. In this position, effective telephone communication is paramount. We seek individuals with a positive never give up attitude, outstanding phone manner and a natural talent for quickly establishing rapport with customers. The role demands assertiveness and the ability to sustain high daily energy levels to complement our already motivated team.

Task & Responsibilities

  • Contact clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to confirm appointment details.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the scheduling system.
  • Assist in rescheduling appointments as needed.
  • Address client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for supporting the schedules for a team of up to 5 sales consultants.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient appointment management.
  • Work towards a KPI/Goals set by your manager. 
  • Maintain regular communication with the manager, reporting on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task and think outside the box. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications.
  • Previous experience in customer service or appointment scheduling is a plus.
