Finance And Administration Controller

A long established agricultural company supplying fertilizer, chemical and rural supplies to Australian Farmers now boasting some new and exciting ventures both locally and nationally requires a Finance and Administration Controller to join their team and secure long-term employment in a good working environment with an Australian family owned business based in Balaklava, South Australia.

Role & Responsibilities

This is a part time role however full time maybe considered.

• Maintaining and review of financial records.
• Account Reconciliations 
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Debtor Control
• Assist with preparation of BAS, Payroll Tax, Levies etc
• Process Payroll and Maintain employee records
• Budgets & Forecasts
• Stock Accounting and Reconciliations
• Insurance
• Business Support
• Will include general administration duties. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Suite
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a high standard of input in repetitive tasks.
• Experience with payroll and accounts / bookkeeping
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills and a great attitude.
