A long established agricultural company supplying fertilizer, chemical and rural supplies to Australian Farmers now boasting some new and exciting ventures both locally and nationally requires a Finance and Administration Controller to join their team and secure long-term employment in a good working environment with an Australian family owned business based in Balaklava, South Australia.
Role & Responsibilities
This is a part time role however full time maybe considered.
- Maintaining and review of financial records.
- Account Reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Debtor Control
- Assist with preparation of BAS, Payroll Tax, Levies etc
- Process Payroll and Maintain employee records
- Budgets & Forecasts
- Stock Accounting and Reconciliations
- Insurance
- Business Support
- Will include general administration duties.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Suite
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of input in repetitive tasks.
- Experience with payroll and accounts / bookkeeping
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a great attitude.
