About The Opportunity
As the Portfolio & Success Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities through various channels
- Providing expert advice on property valuation and rental return estimates
- Building and nurturing new /existing customer relationships
- Analysing sales data to target potential clients effectively
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in property or professional services
- Strong desire to achieve goals and have the ability to self-motivate
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
- Real Estate Registration (Desired Not Required)
- Ability to generate new business (B2C /B2B)
- Experience using a CRM e.g. SalesForce
