We are currently in search of a skilled Solar Electrician or CEC-accredited electrician to join our installation team in Perth.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrician with expertise in solar energy, ready to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on supervising solar design and installation projects, as well as handling solar maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the head electrician to organize, schedule, and plan jobs, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Regularly monitoring post-installation solar projects for efficient operation, troubleshooting, and rectification as needed.
• Conducting on-site risk assessments (JSA), completing required CEC documentation, and ensuring subcontractors adhere to safe work practices, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Engaging with customers to address any concerns or inquiries.

Skills & Experience:

This role is best suited for a seasoned electrician with experience in electrical, solar, and battery systems, coupled with a proactive mindset. The successful candidate should possess problem-solving abilities, along with the following qualifications, experience, and attributes:

• Qualified electrician with a minimum of 12 months' experience in solar installation.
• CEC accreditation is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain CEC accreditation is essential.
• Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing solar performance reports.
• Thorough understanding of both residential and commercial electrical installations.
• Strong scheduling and administrative skills.
• Willingness to collaborate on continuous business improvements and initiatives.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment and contribute positively.
