AddressWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Closer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finalizing solar & battery energy system sales and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales closing, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customer needs and determine the most suitable solar energy system
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our Energy products and services to potential customers
- Provide accurate and detailed quotes to customers, including pricing, incentives, and financing options
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation process
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in solar & battery sales closing, preferably in the residential or commercial sector
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a strong ability to overcome objections
- In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, including different types of panels, inverters, batteries and mounting systems
- Understanding of financial incentives and financing options available for solar installations
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
- Must have drivers licence and own vehicle - Fuel card & tolls tag provided
- Electrical & CEC accreditation huge advantage but not critical
