About the Position

You will be responsible for calling potential customers who have made inquiries into solar and battery products. Using your excellent communication skills and experience, you will convert them into buying customers. Leads will be generated via digital marketing, organic, inbound, up-sell campaigns, and referrals.

Position Overview

  • Call prebooked appointments to sell and be in charge of booking your own leads in for appointments to be sold
  • Undertake internal and external communications as required to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction is met.
  • Call leads that were quoted but not sold from our direct sales team. Identify the problem, offer the customer a better solution.
  • Liaise with installer partners regarding best practice and general information 
  • Manage post-sales inquiry and complaints whenever arises
  • Provide feedback on continuous improvement (e.g. products, marketing campaigns etc.)
  • General reporting and administration

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in Australian residential solar/battery sales preferred
  • Strong and competitive work ethic
  • Must have strong computer skills and Excel
  • Well-presented and well-mannered on the phone
  • Energetic and goal oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and meet KPIs
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
