We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for one SOLAR TRACKER TECHNICIAN as part of our O&M team with our Edenvale Solar Farm, Chinchilla QLD (4413).
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Supervisor/Plant Manager, the SOLAR TRACKER TECHNICIAN will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on Tracker Systems and will support the O&M Supervisors in site related tasks.
Main tasks:
- Perform Preventive Maintenance Activities on the Tracker System versions 3H and 2V;
- Perform Troubleshooting in Communication Devices (LoRa Network);
- Perform Troubleshooting in Dboxes, Tboxes, Mboxes;
- Download logs and records and provide Analysis of alarms;
- Communicate with Tracker System supplier to coordinate actions;
- Replacement of spare parts;
- Compliance with Site procedures, especially regarding HSE; and
- Maintain tools and equipment.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology (IT);
- Previous knowledge and experience working with photovoltaic technologies, specifically Tracker Systems;
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
- High attention to detail;
- A high level of physical fitness; and
- Fluent oral and written skills in Spanish and English due to proprietary information of the Tracker Systems.
The position is full time (38 hours).

Salary: AUD$ 90,000.00 plus superannuation plus LAFHA
