We are seeking a skilled and proactive Change Manager to join a prestigious governmental department in a significant financial reform initiative. This role is pivotal in transitioning from an outdated financial management system to a state-of-the-art Oracle cloud ERP, redefining financial operations across numerous government agencies.
The successful candidate will be integral to the Change Management team, supporting and leading activities critical to the adoption of the new system. This involves detailed stakeholder engagement, overseeing change impact analyses, and implementing change strategies to ensure smooth and efficient transitions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to drive the adoption of new processes and systems.
- Lead a dedicated team in identifying and managing people and process-related changes.
- Develop innovative change management strategies and ensure their successful execution.
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders across financial, ICT, and operational teams to facilitate transition.
- Champion best practice change methodologies to set benchmarks within the SA Government.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in managing organisational change within complex digital transformation projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team towards successful outcomes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and a disciplined approach to process documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
This is an ASO8 level role and is paying $75.00 - $85.00 per hour + Superannuation based on your skill set and previous experience.
