This role is ideal for an experienced Workers Compensation professional with strong knowledge of the NSW legislation who has a passion in building processes and capability into teams.
As the Technical Specialist within the Corporate space, you will be the subject matter expert supporting the business and case managers with all aspects of technical Workers Compensation experience. As this is a newly created team you will enjoy being part of a growing team and make an impact as the business expands its operations.
The Role:
- Reviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices, legislative changes, and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed.
- Developing strategic initiatives and procedures to ensure all service, performance, and compliance measures are achieved.
- Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong technical experience within the NSW Workers Compensation scheme.
- Experience in managing relationships and competing stakeholder priorities
- Superior time management and negotiating skills
- Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in coaching and supporting others
- Have a genuine, caring nature that put customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances
- Salary (experience dependent): $120,000 - $130,000 Package
