- Providing legal advice to clients in all or some of the following areas of: commercial law, property law, leases, wills, probate law and litigation.
Preferred Experience 10+ years in general practice as a solicitor
Preferably experience in some or all of the following:
- Commercial & Corporate Law (contracts, buying & selling businesses, dispute resolution, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions)
- Property Law & Conveyancing (drafting and reviewing leases, buying and selling properties)
- Estate Planning (probates, drafting wills, contested estates, trusts)
- Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, patents)
- Litigation
The ideal candidate is someone later in their career and/or someone who has other commitments (e.g. looking after a family), who would appreciate some flexibility and would like to work in an environment that is less stressful than a large legal firm.
