To oversee the operation, utilization, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Fluid Control equipment on either onshore or offshore locations. This is a rotational rig based or worksite position. The candidate maintains a close working relationship with all managers and supervisors within the Fluid Control organization. The candidate must also provide “hands-on” support to all departments and actively promote client interface, adherence to policies and procedures and service quality.
JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years or more field experience in Solids Control and drilling waste management.
- Mechanical or electrical service trained
- Sound knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Insphire (or other)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Operation and maintenance of the following Brandt Solids Control equipment: Cuttings Transfer Systems:
- Centrifuges
- Dewatering Systems
- Cuttings Dryers
- Centrifugal and Positive Displacement Pumps
- Filtration Equipment
- Electronic Control Packages
- Screw Conveyers (augers)
- Mud Coolers
- Vacuums and other clean up equipment
- Ensures highest standards of HSE
- Use of retort testing equipment for analysis and reporting on solid and fluid waste streams
- Manage inventory of equipment, spares, tools and all other Fluid Control supplied items on location, and coordinate this inventory with the logistical team in Australia
- Ensure service quality if continuously enhanced.
