As an experienced Solution Architect, your responsibilities will include:
- Undertake oversight of the clients HR, Portal and Payroll end to end architecture, including the resolution of complex design and architectural issues with the existing Program timelines.
- Provide a balanced quality of proposed functional solutions aligning to the project design principles, service quality, and systems management considerations.
- Support and be actively involved in the architectural scoping and planning for the project, with focus on ensuring optimised solutions that deliver the clients HR and Payroll capability with approved timelines.
- Work positively in a team environment and must have the capacity to accommodate the project demands.
- Lead and contribute to the creation and approval of deliverables including:
- Conceptual Architecture
- Architecture Principles
- Systems Engineering Management Plan
- System Architecture Description (SAD) – for Application design approvals
- Support the Platform and Application Accreditation process documentation updates
- Technical Design Specifications
- Mandated System and Data Architecture Reviews
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Integration Architect, with a focus on enterprise-level projects.
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- A background in HR, Portal and Payroll and the ability to effectively summarise and communicate complex topics.
- Demonstrated PeopleSoft architecture and implementation experience.
- Must have a proven track record of successful delivery of complex ICT-enabled and business projects and experience with Cloud infrastructure delivery, storage, networking.
