A great opportunity for a skilled Solution Architect to join the Enterprise Platforms team, being a key player in the team that builds the solutions that support the full cycle of customer management, quoting, ordering, billing, and collections for the Domain Group.

The Solution Architect is pivotal to our success through
working with stakeholders to understand current and future state
influencing teams and leading solution design
prototyping to understand new technologies and techniques
driving and shaping technical implementation
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will…
As Solution Architect you're responsible for Architecture, Solution Design & Technical Influence & Leadership.
Helping teams build solutions that exhibit architectural characteristics that meet our business needs
Spending time alongside Business Unit teams to understand, guide, and inform decisions in areas related to our supported capabilities, particularly including CRM, CPQ, and O2C cycles.
Building meaningful connections with leaders and teams in Domain's Business Units and across functional areas including People Experience, Finance, and Commercial.
Contributing to the broader Domain Group technology strategy and roadmap
Developing prototypes to explore solution designs, and understand new technologies and techniques
Champion and influence teams to make good architectural decisions
Attributes
Experience in a software development role in a cross-functional team.
Strong working knowledge of a wide array of technologies in a SaaS/cloud-first environment, especially in marketing, commercial/sales, and billing.
Extensive experience in the selling, subscription management, billing, and finance business domains.
Has led a team of software engineers to ship product features and fixes to production.
Experience designing solutions in a multi-team multi-product environment
Experience with contemporary data, software engineering, and architectural practices.
Comfortable working in complex problem domains.
Understands and can articulate the trade-offs involved in different approaches.
Demonstrates pragmatism and resourcefulness when confronted with constraints.
Works to make the team successful.
Has experience working with a range of technical and non-technical teams, across different areas and departments.
