Our Exciting Opportunity:
Ericsson Australia is growing! As a result, we are looking for a Solution Architect in MOAI Digital Services.
In this role, you would:
- Develop and improve offerings for services, software, and products
- Consult with technical staff and senior management in customer organisations, to understand their requirement
- Develop sophisticated end-to-end solutions to meet operators’ technical and business requirements
- Implement customer solutions within agreed time, scope and cost, manage expectations, and acquire acceptance
- Share knowledge within Ericsson and with customers
- Develop teams in a multicultural environment
- Ensure all projects are tightly planned, resourced and can maintain profitability over time as changes arise
- Manage the program by owning the monitoring and reporting of program-related trends, capability development and performance against project plans and budgets to Head Of Service Delivery and other stakeholders
- Develop a positive & productive culture and lead a multicultural team!
- Contribute to the development of a long-term strategy and plan for the business
- Ensure the organization gets the tooling and develop the accurate skills to build a high-performance organization and to drive employee development and improve retention
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT
- Minimum 10 years of experience in optimisation
- Recognized as a top technical expert in their area of expertise within their company
- Skills/experience in programming languages; (e.g., Python - Pandas & NumPy, Pyspark, Hadoop, Git repository or similar) is an advantage
- Able to work effectively as part of a diverse team in complex and demanding engagements
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and learn independently
- Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken

Position is based in Sydney and applicant must be able to travel globally as per business requirements
