About the role
We have an opportunity for a Solution Architect to be part of our Project Management Office, Technology Command team. The Solution Architect is responsible for the development of the technology solutions and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan.
The project requires collaboration with HR, Learning & Development, and Talent Management systems, with a specific focus on Employee Engagement. As a Solution Architect in this role, responsibilities encompass designing and integrating these systems to enhance employee engagement strategies. This involves analysing stakeholder requirements, developing customised configurations within HR systems, ensuring data integrity, collaborating with relevant teams, and facilitating change initiatives to promote successful adoption and employee engagement. Preferred experience includes prior involvement in projects of this nature.
