About the role

To attend to customer enquiries/process sales orders/returns/promptly and efficiently

Roles and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist with Sales enquiries of various types.
  • Provide information to customers in relation to stock availability, back orders, pricing, deliveries, product features and other general enquiries. 
  • Specialist Order Entry Non-standard – Export, VIP, and Goods Returns.
  • Assist with back-order releasing.
  • Support to internal and external Sales staff and Sharp Business Partners
  • Receive daily orders via internal email mailbox
  • Share knowledge and experience with other team members.

Desired experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales Order processing role.
  • Demonstratable experience using SAP Sales Order Processing module.
