About the role
To attend to customer enquiries/process sales orders/returns/promptly and efficiently
Roles and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with Sales enquiries of various types.
- Provide information to customers in relation to stock availability, back orders, pricing, deliveries, product features and other general enquiries.
- Specialist Order Entry Non-standard – Export, VIP, and Goods Returns.
- Assist with back-order releasing.
- Support to internal and external Sales staff and Sharp Business Partners
- Receive daily orders via internal email mailbox
- Share knowledge and experience with other team members.

Desired experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales Order processing role.
- Demonstratable experience using SAP Sales Order Processing module.
