The Opportunity
"FICO's Customer Communications Services (CCS) is a premier product leveraged by financial institutions to enhance their originations, collections, notifications, and fraud prevention strategies. CCS provides our customers with a virtual agent that can analyze data to determine appropriate actions and send customer communications via multiple channels. What You'll Contribute
Work closely with our clients to ensure business requirements are defined and delivered.
Position the best practices and usage of the product to deliver value to our clients.
Provide an understanding of test principles, tools, and methodologies to determine the right amount of testing required for a project, and to ensure quality software deployments.
Solve problems and research issues within the application.
Generate result analyzes of application reports to validate the performance of the application.
You will be able to work closely with our customer project teams to ensure that all aspects of the implementations are delivered successfully and on time.
Lead the customer relationship with regular on-site visits during the implementation process.
Manage issues and enhancements identified throughout the project by working with the appropriate FICO team members.
Work with the client to leverage best practice use of CCS to address communication needs.
Represent the CCS product and its best practice usage to our client.
Serve as the point of contact between the customer and Development Team on business requirements.
Conduct workshops with the customer face to face or over the phone for consulting and issue resolution.
Support client activities all through the implementation of the project life cycle.
Work closely with customer project lead and entire project team to ensure that all functional deliverables are delivered successfully.
Provide functional support during Go-Live.
Support System Integration testing and User acceptance testing
Work with the Client on their test plans and execution.
Evaluate Client's test cases and conditioned test data and compare to the requirements.
Participate with the client during Client Testing; perform initial validation of errors, and triage/troubleshoot any issues found.
Defect Management and proactive identification of risks to management.
Generate analysis of application reports to validate the performance of the application during the project warranty period
Travel 10-15% on a periodic basis as customer and implementation cycle requires.
What We're Seeking
Bachelor's degree in a technical (engineering, software, etc.) field or a bachelor's degree combined with relevant years of experience.
A great communicator, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to solve technical challenges.
A team player who can bring a positive attitude and productivity in high pressure situations.
