We are looking for a self-motivated Solutions Consultant/ Technical Officer with established ICT know-how.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving sales and dispatch processes for software, hardware, IT and communication services;
- Solving system and technical problems for our clients;
- Hands-on system implementation and support;
- Liaising with customers and their stakeholders;
- Accurately documenting systems, processes and suggesting improvements;
- Creating value and maximising growth;
- Improving business performance for the betterment of all stakeholders.
- Any other duties as assigned
Key Skills and Attributes
To be the successful candidate:
- You must live in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia;
- You have proven ICT education and experience;
- You have dedication to detail, and can follow established procedures perfectly;
- You have logical and accountable reasoning and problem-solving skills;
- You enjoy hands-on ICT support work, both in the field and online;
- You are a genuinely honest, reliable, and dedicated person who enjoys problem solving with technology;

Location and Hours
- Sydney, New South Wales, Australia;
- This is an office-based role with intrastate travel for on-site attendance, you should be prepared for a few nights away here and there;
- Occasional work-from-home arrangements permitted by agreement;
- Some interstate travel may be required with company growth;
- An immediate start is available;
- Shifts are primarily conducted on weekdays between 7:00am - 4:00pm;
- A casual employment opportunity;
- 16 - 38 hours per week available depending on candidate preference and company needs; we’re happy to talk through mutually agreeable schedules and options;
- Potential for some weekend and on-call work by mutual agreement.
This role will need you to be flexible with your time as we grow the team.
