AddressSmart Design Studio is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager. It is a full-time role and you will be working in our studio in Alexandria within a team of 40+ dedicated and passionate design professionals. The role requires knowledge and experience in XERO, commercial contracts and job costing.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, be a clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a meticulous attention to detail. They will be responsible for tasks such as accounts receivable and payable, payroll, preparation and lodgement of BAS and GST requirements. Additionally, their role will be to manage cashflow, budgeting and forecasting and they will report to management on all financial aspects of the business. Strong computing skills including Microsoft Office suite and in particular Excel are required. Experience in Total Synergy would be an asset.
They will have a university degree in Commerce or Accounting and a minimum of 8 years accounting experience in a professional capacity.
